What we collect

Your name, phone number or Telegram username, delivery address and map pin, orders and payments, and technical site logs (request time, error code).

Why

To deliver food to the right address, contact you about your order and keep track of the money on your balance.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell data. The address search service only receives the search text and coordinates, without your name or phone. The map loads OpenStreetMap images (tiles). The courier sees only what’s needed for delivery.

How long we keep it

Account, order and payment data — while you have an account and as long as it’s needed for accounting. Anonymous visit statistics — no longer than 180 days.

How to delete your account

Message us on Telegram @EatClubViet. We’ll delete your personal data; payment records stay without your name and contacts, as they’re needed for accounting.

Cookies

• ec_session — signs you in to your account (up to 90 days).
• NEXT_LOCALE — the site language you chose.
• ec_aid — an anonymous ID for visit statistics, with no personal data.
• ec_utm — the ad tag of the link you came from (utm_source and others), kept for 30 days; no personal data.
• ec_hero — the shape of the home page’s first screen (how many orders on your next delivery day), so the loading placeholder has the same height; no personal data.
• ec_promo_seen — that the promo pop-up on the home page was already shown, so it is not shown again (up to 365 days); no personal data.
