Subscription and payment terms
In short: how to order, what it costs, how to pay and what you can change.
How to order
Choose a program, the subscription length, with or without weekends, and your first delivery. No sign-up needed — your account is created with the order. The first delivery is no earlier than tomorrow and no later than in 14 days.
Prices
The day price is the sum of the dish prices on that date’s menu, so prices on the site are shown as “from”. The price of every day in your order is fixed in the receipt when you place it and doesn’t change afterwards.
- Light — 3 dishes a day, 217 000–269 900 ₫ per day depending on the menu
- Balance — 4 dishes a day, 317 000–358 100 ₫ per day depending on the menu
- Power — 5 dishes a day, 362 000–403 100 ₫ per day depending on the menu

A pack is a calendar period: a week, 2 weeks, a month and so on. “No weekends” removes Saturday and Sunday: fewer food days and a lower total (a week — 5 days, 2 weeks — 10), the pack discount stays. Total = discounted price per day × number of food days. New prices apply to new orders only.
Payment
Nothing to pay now. On your first delivery, give the courier the order total — for all days at once. Payment methods: cash, QR.
If we don’t receive payment on the first delivery of the order or of a block, we don’t cook the following days until it’s paid. Once you pay, deliveries resume.
Balance and deductions
The money you pay sits on your balance. For each day of food we deduct the price of that day from your order. All deductions for an order add up to its total.
Skips, pauses and changes
You can skip a day, pause, or change the address or time in your account until 18:00 the day before the delivery. A skipped day moves to the end of the order and nothing is deducted for it. After 18:00 the day is already being cooked and can’t be changed; if it’s urgent, message us.
Cancellation and remaining balance
You can cancel your subscription in your account until 18:00 the day before the next delivery. Days that are already being cooked will be delivered, and their price deducted.
If after cancelling there are fewer days of food than the pack discount requires, we recalculate the discount for the actual number of days.
Any unused amount stays on your balance and can be spent on your next order. To get it back in cash, message us.
Delivery
Mornings 8:00–11:00. The trial day — food for one day. Subscriptions from 7 days get a drop-off every two days — food for two days at once, in pairs of adjacent days (Mon+Tue, Wed+Thu and so on); skips, pauses and the address for both days of a pair can be changed until 18:00 the day before the drop-off. Delivery is free.

The courier waits 15 minutes and calls you. We can leave the food at reception or by the door — add this to the address comment.
Menu and allergies
The chef plans every day’s menu; it repeats every 2 weeks.
If you can’t eat something, we’ll get in touch and talk it over before your first delivery.
On request, we’ll put together a personal menu.
